POLICY FOR MUSIC AND SOFTWARE
Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws:
There are no REFUNDS on karaoke music and software. You may only exchange
a defective disc for the same identical title up to 14 days after
purchase.
Exceptions cannot be made. Music and software include CD/CDG/DVD media
sold by karaoke-cdg-usa.com.
RETURN POLICY FOR PLAYERS AND ACCESSORIES:
In order to continue to provide the best prices on equipment:
Player and accessory returns and refunds will be made up to 14 days after
purchase.
All original cartons, remotes, cables, packing material and software must
be included with the return. There is a 35.00 fee for not returning the
original box and a 25.00 fee for missing remotes. Other items will be
assessed at the time of the return and may vary.
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
DEFECTIVE PLAYERS AND ACCESSORIES:
Will be exchanged up for identical ones up to 14 days after purchase. You
must call 1-727-815-3313
to obtain return authorization or you may email
returns@karaoke-cdg-usa.com. After the 14 day period, consult your
warranty information included with your player.
