Shipping Information 

How long does it take to get my order? 
Most orders placed Weekdays before 1pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST or on the weekends will ship the following Business Day. Saturday/Sunday/Holidays are NOT considered 'business days'. (For example, if you select OVERNIGHT service on a Friday BEFORE 1pm, the package would be scheduled for delivery on the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, the package would arrive on Tuesday.) 

We use USPS and UPS, for small packages we recommend using USPS PRIORITY MAIL because of price and usually takes 1-3 days depending where is send (USA ONLY). Orders with weight greater than 25lbs UPS maybe more suitable.

We will only ship product to addresses that are registered with your credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, you must call your credit card company and register that address as one of your "Ship To" locations. We only ship to Paypal Confirmed Address .

 What is a Confirmed Address?
A buyer's Confirmed Address is checked against the credit card billing address maintained by his or her credit card company.

We will not ship to PO BOXES

Orders paid by check will ship after the check clears.

Please be advised that some orders may be held for address/billing verification. You will be contacted by email or phone if your order is held for those reasons. During holiday or special internet sales or promotions, please allow extra time for processing. Most orders should ship within 24-48 hours during these peak times.

· UPS Next Day Usually arrives in 24 to 48 hours. Available for US48 address only. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. 
· UPS Two Day Usually arrives in 48 to 72 hours. Available for US48 address only. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. 
· UPS Ground Time in transit varies per location. Available for US48 address only. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. 
· Saturday Service available on orders placed only on Fridays to limited delivery areas in the US48. 
· Alaska-Hawaii Usually arrives in 48 to 72 hours. Service available only to Alaska and Hawaii addresses. 
· Puerto Rico Usually arrives in 48 to 72 hours. Service available only to Puerto Rico. Customer may be responsible for customs or import fees. 
· APO/FPO Time in transit varies based on location. 
· Canada Usually arrives within 1 week. Service available only to Canada. Customer may be responsible for customs or import fees. Please see International Shipping information below. 
· International Time in transit varies from location to location. Service available only to selected countries. Customer may be responsible for customs or import fees. Please see International Shipping information below
